[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deducted due to auto-renewal pack. | |||
They activated auto-renewal internet pack of rs.9/day on 14th august 2016. I was unaware of all this. I just saw a message today morning that i am having insufficient balance to renew your pack. I haven't used a single kb of data. So it is as simple as that i haven't activated that pack. I want my refund. The company is not willing to refund and saying that i activated that plan by using some code but actually i didn't. Please solve this asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
