Aircel — Balance deducted for not used credit service

Hi, This is Ashwini. Today I got msg from DD-AECSTT stated that Rs.4 Has been deducted for Credit Service Taken. But I have not taken any Credit Service. I called Aircel Customer care but not getting proper answer. Even I have sent an mail to care.[protected]@aircel.co.in, but not got any reply from them. My family members are using this card, I told them to through out this sim card. Service is not good and not getting proper communication channel. Aircel Services are Baddddddd...

I did not use any credit option but u take daily RS, 14 what the nonsence is that i want the money back...Please note the issue and correct it
