Aircel — Balance deducted from debit card & net pack recharge not done | |||||
Hello, I am Pankaj Singh, I have recharge with Rs.98/- ( for net pack )on 19th June by Online Aircel app & payment deducted by my debit card, but that day when I am recharging in last moment my web page was got close & my payment was deducted from debit card. but I didn't receive any SMS from your company for recharge. I have call on 198 on same day the person said me that you call after 24 hours. When I called after 24 hours to 198 Customer Ext. told me that write now our Server is down & it's not working. So I called on second day 21st June again person said me that server is not working, you can call after 4 hour, but when I tried to call 198, I am not connecting to your customer Executive, I have tried so many times but didn't got connect, I think my no. is blocked for customer Executive. So give me a feedback for the same. There is one more complaint that on 7th June I got SMS from you side for Auto renewal of my tariff plan of Rs.36 & on 9th it's auto renewaled, but when I call to Was this information helpful? | |||||
