Aircel — Balance deducted, pls refund

Sir, today a company's repersentative called me, and was telling about some offers suddenly call got disconnected .after few minutes a massage came, charging me with rs 30 .
I got shocked after seeing this, then i tried to call the customer care to refund my balance .i Dialled 198 and pressed the button as per instructions when i got directed to customer care, there was a reply that we have some technical problem .
So i request u to help me to get my balance back . My Mob. No - [protected]
