Aircel — Balance deducted twice

Sir, i have activated a service of rs 329 on 08-04-16 but the pack is activated once again on 09-04-16 and the balance is deducted twice.


Customer's care helpline is not taking my complain. Kindly check the issue.

Their is no transaction id, the balance is deducted from the main account.
I think their is much delay in my problem, kindly please tell the current status of my complain.
