[Resolved]  Aircel — Balance deducted without concern.

I am using my number for calling purpose and never bother to read my messages. Today I saw those messages that Aircel activated some VAS charging Rs.9/day from 26-Aurg-2016 to[protected]. They decativated my service when I asked them for refund and disconnected the call everytime I asked to talk to their senior executive for the concern. The only information they got is "You misclicked on some call from company". I already has those company numbers in my blacklist and I know what I do with my phone, so its just an excuse.
I want my refund as well as the penalty as soon as possible.
Same issue arrived earlier where they activated some serivce from 17-Aug-2016 to 23-Aug-2016 and refused to pay the refund at the same time.

I already did a complaint for the refund of around Rs.700 and they deactivated the service on[protected] and activated the some service again on[protected] and deducted the balance again without my concern.
I want a strict penalty for them for deducting balance by activating plans on consumer numbers on their own and deducting balance.

As per the records, there is a balance deduction of Rs 9/- towards the data pack activated on 13/12/2016.

However, we have deactivated the service and as a goodwill gesture Rs. 9/- would be credited within 48 hours
