[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deducted without concern. | |||
I am using my number for calling purpose and never bother to read my messages. Today I saw those messages that Aircel activated some VAS charging Rs.9/day from 26-Aurg-2016 to[protected]. They decativated my service when I asked them for refund and disconnected the call everytime I asked to talk to their senior executive for the concern. The only information they got is "You misclicked on some call from company". I already has those company numbers in my blacklist and I know what I do with my phone, so its just an excuse. I want my refund as well as the penalty as soon as possible. Same issue arrived earlier where they activated some serivce from 17-Aug-2016 to 23-Aug-2016 and refused to pay the refund at the same time. Was this information helpful? | |||
