[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deduction & Harassment | |||
I have recently ported to Aircel n since then i have been facing unnecessarily balance deduction by aircel due to unwanted activation of random services. My 30rs got deducted for which i called the customer care they said it will be taken care within 48hrs, but no action has been taken yet.. Now again another services has been activated n 30rs got deducted, n when i am trying to call customer care. i am not able to reach, maybe they have blocked my no.. They even sell 3G plans, while they dont even provide 2G speed.. Really bad experience.. This is harassment, i want my 60rs back into my balance account. My no is [protected].
