Aircel — balance deduction & worst response

This is prabu deva.g from chennai.my gsm no [protected]... i had been charged frm my main & special balance as data charges though i have valid data balance in my account..this happened many times...and now they charged 20.30rs @7.30 A.m. Today...i have around 150 mb in my account ... Custumer care agents didnt have enough knowledge about the product and services...they are simply managing to answer by their own assumption which is not even reasonable..simply they do redirecting me and they ask me to call aftr 4 hrs...in call they are behaving rude... i am going to leave this prblm untill solving my issues. .if not i ll move towards consumer court...

Hi Prabu,

We have investigated your issue and found that you
exceeded your free data usage of old pack on 03/05/2015 (RC29 125MB free
data) and continued the same session, hence charged for his excess data
on 04/05/15 as per his base rate 10KB/10P.
Every time when doing data recharge i have been facing this problem...for non-stop browsing only i have been doing recharge before a data pack exeeds...why i have to close the sessions... most of the customers are misused by this filthy reason ... plz kindly take steps to solve this problem...we need a user friendly network and not the network which steal our money whn we are not aware...
Ur reply and your explaination is not reasonable... am facing this problem at the time of expiry of old data pack... there is a big problem in your system...for stealing public money this system has been updated by aircel... custumer care not able to answer our questions... back to my problem, why my data bal-3&4 shows balance which i cant use it...
