Aircel — balance deduction anytime without any msg | |||
My no is [protected], In this I have did recharge of 111 for local Aircel to Aircel free. According to company we need to pay for first 60 seconds, 2p/seconds but they are taking from account for 180seconds/2p that means I am losing everyday 2.40Rs without any services. Major problem with this, I am always unable to contact to customer care specially from my number. Always I am getting busy tone from customer care where as I am trying to call at least 20 times in a day but from other numbers I am able to talk to customer care. Was this information helpful? | |||
