Aircel — Balance deduction by subscription to model video club | |||
My aircel balance was deducted Rs 99 and i got a message saying i subscribe to model video club which i have no idea about it. i call up customer care but they are saying i have subscribed. Post system validation it was found that the you was charged Rs. 99 as subscription fee for MODVEDCM from NAZARA activated through WAP on13/12/2015. As per your request the same has been deactivated on 13/12/2015 at 13:23:00. As you had called within 24hrs of balance deduction waiver has been posted and will reflect in your account as soon as possible.
