[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deduction

I have recharged rs 69 on 18th august. Verification message shows that i got 72 talktime and 76 mb net for 3 days. But today my balance deducted to rs 0. I called customer care but they said that no net pack is active and there is no 76 mb net on rs 69 pack. I am attaching the confirmation sms in which the 76 mb net for 3 days is indicated. Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Amartya Sengupta,

We have checked and found that your balance got deducted Rs. 60.45/- for using GPRS in 2G/3G connectivity on 8/18/2016 at 11:50:53 PM to 8/20/2016, usage 3.8796MB as per default charges 15p/10KB.
