[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deduction | |||
I have recharged rs 69 on 18th august. Verification message shows that i got 72 talktime and 76 mb net for 3 days. But today my balance deducted to rs 0. I called customer care but they said that no net pack is active and there is no 76 mb net on rs 69 pack. I am attaching the confirmation sms in which the 76 mb net for 3 days is indicated. Thanks and Regards Aircel Social Media Team Verified Support Aug 26, 2016 Aircel Customer Care's response Dear Amartya Sengupta, We have checked and found that your balance got deducted Rs. 60.45/- for using GPRS in 2G/3G connectivity on 8/18/2016 at 11:50:53 PM to 8/20/2016, usage 3.8796MB as per default charges 15p/10KB.
