[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deduction even if call was not picked up

My aircel no is [protected].
In the morning i missed a call from [protected] now i call back on this no and it only rang but my 14.10 ₹ got deducted...
I want to know the details of this call...
And it happens all the time. my balance is getting deducted always even if the person i called didn't pick up the phone

As per our system check, we have found that you have been charged Rs.14.10 for 47 secs for making an ISD calls on 29th Jan’17 at 11:21 AM and hence we regret to inform you that we would not be able to pass any waiver in this regard as you have been charged correctly.
Further, we suggest you ignore such missed calls or calls from an unknown International, STD or Local number and also you can call on 1963 (Toll-free no.) and lodge a complaint henceforth if you receive any further.
