[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deduction for fake services | |||||
Aircel has gone wild in deduction balance suddenly around 30rs was deducted my number [protected] and when i contacted customer care MR Arghya Deb said it was for VAS which i activated though my mobile was switched off how it could be done he can not explained(activating VAS while connection not used) now comes the appellate authority the most careless people Mr. Rajan Nayyar [protected] did not even bothered to pick the call and and reply this is the kind of service that you will bound to get if you are taking connection from AIRCEL Was this information helpful? | |||||

I recharged my aircel no. [protected] (RAJ.) on 10th Oct. 2016 (at 6:56pm) of 89 rs through my phone's main balance.
I got confirmation message but plan is not activated.
After that i called customer care service but didn't get response from senior executive officer.
