Aircel — Balance deduction for VAS | |||||
While I was browsing the Internet, I received an sms that rs5 has been deducted from my account for some FASHION AND GLAMOUR WEEKLY pack, and said it'll auto renew for rs35 a week so I stopped it with the no. provided 155223 by messaging. I received that no VAS is enabled. The next day ie today rs35 has been deducted for the pack upper mentioned. I tried calling the customer care 198, said all the supporters are busy, and then I tried the same several times, but they remained busy then too. Please Sir help me I'm a middle class student and it'll be difficult for me to handle these issue. Regards, Priyank P.S.-please see the date and time in the attachments for the difference in time. My issue has not been resolved yet though I've received the message for the same. I want refund of my money that has been deducted rs5 on 13th of May and rs35 on 14th of May. I'm not concerned wether the pack is enabled or not.

My issue has not been resolved yet. You've sent me the messages though that it has been done. I want refund of my money, that has been unfairly deducted ie rs5 on 13th May and rs35 on 14th May. Appart from that I want compensation in exchange of the harassment caused to me (for the money deducted, my number being dissabled from the complaint helpline as well as visiting various websites to complain for it) of an equal amount of deduction in addition to the actual amount.

i got this sms today and recharged rs 225 and given data only 1. 5 gb
this problem was last month to what step should i taken for this type of cheating.
