Aircel — Balance deduction from aircel prepaid for 2nd time in 2weeks | |||
Dear aircel, This morning my balance was deducted Rs 30 again from my aircel prepaid number. I want to know why this is happening now and again. Post system validation it was found that the you was charged Rs. 30 as download fee for VALPACKS from SHEMAROO activated through WAP on 21/12/2015 at 09:49:00 which is a onetime chargeable subscription service. Since it is onetime subscription VAS the same is not required for deactivation. As you had complaint within 24hrs of balance deduction waiver has been posted and will reflect in your account within the next 24 working hours.
