[Resolved] Aircel — Balance Deduction From My Aircel no(West Bengal) | |||
I, Selim Yusuf Rahaman, am a customer of Aircel (West Bengal Circle) provider. My aircel no- [protected]. From that no Rs 25.50/- debited on 16th August, 2014 without any reason. Immediately I cal customer care, I got response that their system upgradation was running & to contact after 24 hrs. Next day (17th August, 2014) afternoon again I call Customer Care & speak with customer executive Laboni Chatterjee, she told that your debited full balance will be refund within 48 hrs. But till now I do not get that. Now I call Customer Care, but could not connect with customer executive. Was this information helpful? | |||
