Aircel — Balance deduction & misbehavior of customer executive

My balance is deduct two times on 22 nevember 2015 for music service, & 1december 2015 for sms pack which i was not chosen it I call at that time BT no response from costomer and when I complain to customer care they misbehaving us & disconnect call again and again without solving my problem. I have call records of our talk to customer care executive of 9Dec 2015. So plz handle this so we can call to your services without any problems.my contact no is [protected].
