25/02/2016 tharik 3.33p.m samay ka Mera balance Kat liya W.B Aircel Company.
2.00p.m bajese 4.00p.m bajtek mera exam k bajase mera mobile phone switch Off tha.. uske bat mobile on kiya, Usk bat mane 2 call krnek bat mane balance check krne pai mai ne dekha mera balance (15/-) kat liya,

Balance kat krnek bat mane customer care par call kiya tha.mane puche kis bajese mera balance kat liya, tho care se hamko bola mera no per VAS active hogiya, Us baje se mera balane cat krliya.

mai apne tarof se confirm hu k mai VAS active nahi kiya. Ku Ki VAS ki subidha Mujko jarurath nahi tha.Tho mane care par bola Mera balance muje bapas chahiya. customer care se ak request no diya (1-[protected]), or bola 8th hours k bat mera balance muje bapas mil jayegi.

Mera kehana hai ki mjko avi argent call krna hai. tho uske liya upoyukto Balance nahi hai, Mera toraf se 1k request hai mera balance muje avi mil jaye to mai Aircel company k bohot avare hungi..tho plz mera balance muje miljaye to bohot sukru gujer hogi...
