Respected sir/ madam, i, prasenjit dey, my aircel mobile number is [protected], aircel deducted rs. 20 on 14.07.2016. i am facing this problem few many time, after every recharge my balance getting deducted. as such your honour is requested to look into the matter, and arrange to refund at the earliest. an early action in this regret highly appreciated. thanking you.
