[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deduction on [protected] | |||
On 6/08/2016 i recharged for auto renewal pack 139 plan (Unlimited 2g) for 28 days. It was expiring on 2/09/2016 at midnight 12. I had recieved one message of auto renewal on 31/08/2016 and i had balance around 325 on 2nd september as well as more than 350 on 31 august. I was using internet without bothering of internet expiry as i had auto renewal pack. But next day morning (3rd september) what i see that my account was deducted more than 270 rupees and plan was not activated as insufficient balance. Called customer care they did not respond well. They are telling that you had to see before using internet on 3rd september. Kindly help me to get back my money.
