[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deduction on auto renewal | |||
I activated a rate cutter of rs. 53 one month ago. I neither set it to auto renewal nor it showed me that the pack will be auto renewed. Yesterday my rs. 53 was deducted from my account balance and the pack was auto renewed. I don't know why aircel tries every methods to deduct balance. If someone wants the pack again, he will activate it again. Who gave u the right to renew the pack without even notifying me about it or without asking whether I would like to continue or not. None of the other network companies do this cheap activity. I want my balance back. my no. is [protected]. Otherwise I'll port my no. this is not the first time I've experienced balance deduction on packs not activated by me. Pls help. Was this information helpful? | |||
