Aircel — balance deduction or misbehavior by costumer care

Customer care walon ne to mujhe complaint no. Diya tha [protected]. Or mujhe sms k through bhi dene wale the so bhi nahi diya or jis aircel employee ne mujhe cplaint no. Diya wo jyoti thi. Or jyoti ne mujhe saaf mana kr diya k wo meri call apne senior se nahi karayegi.. Or mujhe call katne ki bol rahi thi.. Or mere pass uski recording bhi h... Aircel k costomer care employee ne mera balance waise hi kat liya or mujhe kaha ki hum to aise hi balance katenge...
