[Resolved] Aircel — Balance Deduction Without any reason | |||
I am from Kolkata my aircel no is [protected]. Evereday Aircel is deducting money from my account when i did not activate any service or not downloaded data.Evereday i am getting message "Thank you for using Aircel Service" and after that when i check acnt blnce, some amount is deducted by then. The first such deduction happend on 20.02.2014 at 10:11 pm after that21.02.2014 at 06:01pm then22.02.2014 at 02:06 pm. When i called customer care executive they said deduction happened because of data download. But I already have internet pack activated and have 95 mb of data still free then how can i be charged for that. And secondly i downloaded nothing in that 3 occasions. I want my balance back immediately otherwise i will complain in consumer forum with the details. Was this information helpful? | |||

Aircel is the worse company unnecessarily deduct balance from account worse company

my number is [protected].I have 232.82 Rs.at the night of 31st of January.I have activated net pack for Rs 47 at 1st february.at the same night my balance becomes 121 Rs.More than 60 Rs. is deducted from my account.When I called customer care they dont have any idea about it.So give me my money back ASAP.

Sir, i got this msg at sudden "Thank You for your request to subscribe to Video Talkies 30. To complete your subscription please click on http://202.148.207.245:9093/API/CCG?refId=[protected]"and this time again rs 5 was deducted from my main balance without any reason near around 2:50am..kindly look into the matter and do refund my balanc as early as possible.and please for god sake stop playing with customers..this has been the 3rd time my balance is deducted without any proper reason.customer support assistant are not proving of any use for me now as they don't respond to the matter sincerly.my mobile number is [protected]. So, Please help me and refund my money.

My no. is [protected]. Aircel has deducted my balance 6 times in the month of May 2015 without any reason. i have never activated any service on my above no. for which they have debited my balance. They have debited my balance 5 times for missed call alert Rs.5/- for each, and Rs. 45/- in same month for callertune.
I have tried several times to connect with Aircel customer care regarding my issue, but not able to connect them. However in between once i connected with them, i have explain my complain and they have assured that within 48 hours they will credit my account for the amount which they have deducted by error.
But even after 9-10 days they have not credited any balance to my no. and now i am also not able to connect them on customer care.
