[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deduction without approval | |||
I susmita singha using [protected]. Today i receive a ph call from customer care and heard that i've a offer 750mb data for that purpose company will deduct rs. 67.00 from my account. After that i informed to customer care that i do not want to avail this offer and the from customer care assured me that company will deduct any amount. But i saw that company deducted the amount and customer care telling me that they are unable to rerun the money and they are not ready to transfer the call to any senior supervisor Was this information helpful? | |||
