Aircel — Balance deduction without my knowledge

Hi myself Raj I am really frustrated response from c.c. agents .I called up 198 and reached a live representative I spoke with Mr.kumar I am explained my balance got deducted Rs15.00 without my knowledge .He responded me saying details not updated for ur deduction call back tomorrow I request him to transfer my call to ur supervisor he responded me back saying that my supervisor was busy and he is also going to provide the same information what I have provided and he placed my call in hold without any response. worst training given and can see that uneducated people were placed in customer care.care . You people no need to re back my deducted money all we need proper response and correct reason for the deduction..My numbers:[protected] .And I am going to port out from aircell and I will file a complain in consumer cort..
