[Resolved] Aircel — Balance deduction without my will | |||||
Sir, on 4th sept, 2016, Rs30 was deducted from my balance without my will. I tried to call the customer care on very same day but no one responded while i was on line for atleast 7-8 minutes. Next day they let me talk to them but now they are saying that the service has been stopped but money can't be refunded because 24 hours have already been passed. I had complaint number [protected]. I talked to the senior officer today(a female) and she disconnected the call while i was explaining the problem to her. Plz help Was this information helpful? | |||||
