Hi,
I made a landline call to [protected] at mumbai office 10:49.a.m On 08 / 08 / 2016, Aircell charged RS 30 for one call not more than 2 minutes, I contacted Aircell company they said u made a call to Africa, I verified the number from the company, we operate from maharashtra mumbai not from Africa & I checked my dialed call number every thing ok, my number is [protected], I

Kindly to do the needful think as soon as possible

My issue abt wrong deduction of my balance is still not resolved the company representative who talked with me didnot provide me the right information and without listening to my issue he disconnected the call this is the worst exerience i have ever had with any telecom company my complain refrence no is 1-[protected]
