Aircel — Balance got deducted without informed

Dear sir/mam Hi this is subrata pal my ph no. [protected]. in the morning of 29-Mar-2015 at 10:03:16 around 359.55 rs balance got deducted from my account for accessing internet. But 25 mb internet balance was available in my account when I access internet. Previously once again 200 rs balance got deducted but I was not got the money. When I call the customer care once of your agent rude behaved with me. Is this my fault that the internet balance is low that's notification was not come to me. Please call me [protected].This is a very big amount I want to refund my money back.
