[Resolved] Aircel — Balance reduced without any reason

Sir, i am regular user of aircel telecom. I recharged my aircel no. [protected] by an amount Rs 20 and then an Rs15 deducted from it without any reason. And this not happened this time only, many times i faced the problem of balanced itself gets deducted in aircel .Customer care is also not responding .this kind of again and again deduction make my trust broken and compell me to me quit the service. Sir kindly check the problem and solve it. I m frustated of this balance reductance without any reason.
