[Resolved] Aircel — Balance reduction | |||||
I have never seen such a horrible service by a service provider. I had important work and immediatly my data balance and main balance went down to 0rs. The customer care executive named Chandru was so rude and uninterested and told me to wait for 24 hours. The best thing, when i call again they have blocked my access to customer care. It says that they are always busy. Even 198 is useless. Such a careless and uninterested company shouldnt be allowed to function. They think that customers are idiots.
