[Resolved] Aircel — Balance unexpectedly deducted periodically. | |||
Sir I, Dibyendu Chatterjee, using Aircel Service by the number [protected] for a number of years. But they are deducting my balance without any notification. The balance was deducted on 13th October 2014 after 11 PM, when my phone is switched off. I called customer care but the customer executive and her senior (Aparna/ Alpana Jaiswal) was not taking my complaint. Then I email to kolkata care about it and a reply mail is there about taking action within two working days. This is the story of 15th October 2014 12:22 PM, but still now no reply message was there. Now yesterday again a balance of Rs 10 was deducted. I called customer care they informed me that the server is down and they can help me after 2 hour. I again email to kolkata customer care and again an auto generated mail was received, but no necessary action was taken. I am helpless about this thing. Sir my balance was deducted periodically without any notification and there is no one who is going to help me about the above stated condition. Sir I request you to take some necessary steps to stop this thing and kindly give my deducted balance back. Hoping your kind consideration, thanking you.
