[Resolved] Aircel — Balanced deducted for VAS service | |||
My name is Farhan from Chidambaram, Tamil Nadu. I've been using Aircel connection for more than 10 years. They're charging 30₹ for subscribing VAS services often which I not activate. Always they're saying I activated the service from third party websites. I don't know how the third party website can deduct my mobile balance!. I don't know what to do in this situation. They have worst customer care I've ever seen. I've been charged 90₹ and the complaint number is 1-[protected] and 30₹ complaint number 1-[protected] and today I charged another 30₹, i called customer care and they told, due to some system problem they can't provide the complaint number, so, they said call them after 2 hrs.
