Aircel — Benefit not fully added | |||
My Mobile No. is [protected]. I found 90 Rs. talk time on recharge of Rs.90 at *121# special offer on 26.01.2016 to my number. I have recharged the same amount at retailer on 26.01.2016. But, I got only about 74 Rs. talktime. I called to 198 where i have been asked to wait for 24 hours. But I never get the rest amount till now. So, Aadarniya sammanit aircel authority mahodaya PLEASE PLEASE request you to after how much time i'll get my rest amount. Today I have received a call from aircel that I have use wrong method of recharging. I just want to say where is your method of recharging mentioned: I get written there "abi recharge karen Rs. 90=TT 90 Rs. 130=TT 130 etc. No where mentioned how to recharge. No where mentioned how to recharge.
Again I have recieved a call from aircel No [protected] about my complain that this is not a big issue don't make complain.
