[Resolved] Aircel — Biling amount | |||||
I have not subscribed for any vas subscription services but i received a message from aircel that "your beauty world at rs.35.0 is renewed for 7 days..." since i did not do that i immediately contacted customer care, they said that they will stop the service immediately & i asked whether they will add this amount in my bill, they said they will not add it & also they said if the amount is added to your bill you can register a complaint so i again registered a complaint by calling customer care. But the amount was still added on my bill so i contacted the customer care through chat. They haven't resolved the issue instead they are blaming me that i have activated the service. I am disappointed with aircel service & now i'm filing this complaint so that i can pay only what i consumed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
