Aircel — Bill paid-But no updation

Sir, I paid my post paid bill on 01.07.2015 for the mumber [protected] but today at 4.50pm i received a call from a number [protected]. A female staff asked me to pay my outstanding bill, I told that i was paid on mentioned date. Then she ask me about receipt number of bill that i paid. Is it my work to hold the bill always in my hands? Problem is at there end that no updation even its all computerised. Already i delayed to pay because of no res ponce from customer care. Again they doing same thing to hurt the customer. Msg i received after paid my bill amount 1272.00 is... Info: PUR/AIRCEL CELLULAR LIMITE/CHENNAI/AIRCEL CELLULAR LIMITED I am totally disappointed due to postpaid. Kindly help me to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid. We have checked your issue and found that the payment of Rs.1272/- has already been updated in our records on 1/7/2015 and
currently there is nil outstanding. And regarding migration to prepaid, you have to walk in to nearest Aircel Center and provide address proof, id proof, billed and the unbilled amounts have to be cleared and
subsequently, you have to first recharge and second recharge.
Tried reaching you, but unable to reach.
