Aircel — billed for inactive sim | |||
Hi sir, I bought a new aircel sim 3 months back and i have lost that the next day i bought it, so i was not able to activate the sim. I have informed the customer care executives regarding the lost of sim through mails and calls.Without any address comformation they have activate the sim and started billing. After three monts they have booked complain in consumer forum so i was helpless and i paid the bill with fine . so how can i file a case aganist aircel company for activating and billing without any notice.
