[Resolved]  Aircel — Billing amount

I received my bill for the month of August and was really shocked to see the bill of Rs 903. There are a few reasons for the reactions of mine, which I have tried bulletin as below.

• I started my plan as a plan of Rs 200, where I would get 1000 local and STD minutes with an additional benefit of 1 GB for a cycle of 30 days plus unlimited 2G after 3G usage. This was fine as I would receive bill of Rs 240 to 300, but all of a sudden I received a message that my same plan would now be charged 249, where I received bill for 280 to 340, which was fine again as it did not cause much difference.
• Last month, however, I received a message that the same plan would now be charged 299, I thought for a while and then was really annoyed as it was 150% more of my initial plan and subscription, and that even within a period of 645 days. I talked to the customer care executive (CCE) and mentioned my grievance, to which there was a ([censored]), sorry for the word but I couldn’t keep the calm, action, for I was promised no up-gradation would be made to the charge and it would remain as Rs 249. That was fine unless I saw my bill this morning, which showed it as Rs 903.
• I would like to highlight a few points on the customer care, I understand it more because I am also the face of a company and am always at the receiving end of the customer.
• The CCE was least interested in my grievance, and just wanted to avoid the call and used an abusive language, when I was patient.
• Earlier I received messages that mentioned my billed amount at the end of every-month, but now it has stopped all of a sudden, and I want to know the reason why.
• However, the reason for my annoyance now doesn’t lie just there, this month I made two trips outside the state, which means I would be on roaming charges. On my last trip to a different country altogether I did not have such hefty charges that I had to face this month. The bill indicates that I was charged all the additional amount for my GPRS usage when on my first trip to the neighbouring state of Karnataka.
• My second trip was to the part of India where the AIRCEL doesn’t have services anymore, which I was unaware off, unless I visited it. And I was really irritated on it.
• I remember reading a news today in the morning, where the Supreme Court has directed some organization to refund the common man their hard earned money. The law is not bothered whether the organization sinks or dies, makes business and no business. Tell me why should I not wonder that the senior officials at AIRCEL are making their trips abroad on this hard earned money and above all, it is not the money that matters, it is about principals, as I feel I have been cheated, conned where there is no support and less looking into the matter.
• There has been no reply to the emails i have directed to the company, I waited 54 minutes to talk to a senior executive to resolve this, but had no response.
