Hi I got call on my aircel number [protected] from this number [protected] regarding offer for 25 paisa per call local 10 paisa aircel to aircel and Internet for 6 months because I'm going to port my number on other network she told me the offer will activate in 4 hours now 12 hours finished not yet activated.they are cheaters please help me to solve this as soon as possible.

I have recharged my mobile number with 124 that have plans of 16000 std and local seconds. But it is not working. However when I call to another number my main balance is getting deducted. And the plans second does not get affected it remains unchanged. Kindly help me out with the issue
