[Resolved] Aircel — Cannot change the billing address or any changes in my number | |||||
Hi Team, My father took a connection in Aircel around 2009. As Aircel was providing postpaid only to corporates, it was taken in the name of an travels company at that time. But now the company doesn't exists. And i couldn't do any changes to my number like changing plan or changing billing address. Kindly let me know how to proceed and change the billing address and change the connection from corporate to my individual name. I have approached many of your outlets but no help was done.
