[Resolved]  Aircel — Can't check 3G Data balance

I am unable to check my data balance. I have used quite a few USSD codes, including the ones the Aircel Social Media team emailed me. But as of now, not even a single code works. My phone number is ([protected], West Bengal Circle). This is really frustrating. Kindly help me out.

These are the codes that I tried
*122*011# - Gives me the error "This code is valid for Unlimited Data packs only."
*143*0# - Gives me the error "Connection problem or invalid MMI code."
*121*911# - Didn't work. (Tried all 5 options)
*121*0021# - Gives me the error "You are already Deactivated for requested Service."

I can't check my data balance from the Aircel Android App as well.

We would like to inform you that we have checked this above code .i.e. *122*011# limited pack checking USSD code working fine. Another code *143*0# is also working fine. At the time of checking no wrong observation was found.

Sir my self baijnath Prajapati my mobile [protected]. Company has deduct my 30 rs balance today. Customers care said you have activated the service. But I am not activated any service. One day before same problem crited. But my problem solve that day. Today my problem not solved.

We would like to inform you that as per the records, there is a balance deduction of Rs 30/- towards the SPORTMPKO service activated on 07/02/2017. However, we have deactivated the service and as a goodwill gesture Rs. 30/- would be credited within 24 hours. We request you to avoid clicking on any WAP links popping up during browsing.
