[Resolved] Aircel — Charges for Net and Rate cutter is activated without intimation

Sir/madam,

From my mobile aircel no. [protected] Rs 128 and Rs 57 et and Rate cutter is activated without intimation and balance is deducted in this week(28 Aug 16 to 1Sep 16).

I tried so many time on customer care but every time it show all customer representative are busy please try after some time.

I given complaint on 198 and i get sms that my complaint will be resolved by 1 Sep 16 but i dont get my deducted balance back to my account,

Pleas take necessary action so that i can get Rs 57 abd Rs 128 credit to my balance.
