[Resolved] Aircel — charges for value added services | |||
Hi this is jai prakash ray, My mobile No. is [protected], i am getting charged for miss call alert services every one or two months and when i try to speak to customer services they say i have activated that. it happens when i have recharged my account and not using the money, if i use it its fine but if i do not they will definetally charge the amount. i have got two no.s with aircel and it happens with both of them but on the other no.([protected]) they charge it as internet pack eventhough i have monthly package for internet.
