Aircel — charging money for activated data plans | |||
I am Aircel customer in karnataka from past 6 months or more and i have been using RC37 unlimited data pack from 16th last month after my pack is auto-renewed, they shouldn't charge me for data usage. instead they are wiping my balance for 2 times for about 73 RS... i was made convinced that i didn't used internet at first time but on next time when i called them for same reason ..the customer care representative connection was impossible due to {heavy traffic} they say... so i admitted defeat and continued to use internet with activated data pack last night i was worried to get fool once again so switched off mobile and switched on mobile morning 8am and activated my internet pack and received message containing " your pack has been activated" but still they are charging of data use even my 3G balance is 293.63MB now the balance should be RS 16.XX but the present balance is RS 0.06 Was this information helpful? | |||
