[Resolved] Aircel — Cheating customers about hidden charges | |||||
I Was aircel prepaid customer [protected] they some how convinced me to convert to postpaid plan about an unlimited 2g internet offer of 175 per month, , without saying hidden charges and tariffs, , they will not say about 1)roaming charges 2) cutoff internet speed 3)fine charges about late payment they say we will get only 175 rs per month but first month bill i got 695 rs, they have not said complete details of plans or given in paper why they attract customers in this cheating way Was this information helpful? | |||||
