[Resolved] Aircel — Cheating on recharge terms by aircel tamilnadu | |||||
Sir, Using this Aircel App, I had recharged RC 109 under "circle offers" for my mobile number xxxxxxx445. As per information given in Aircel App, RC 109 gives 109 talk time + 109 mb data with 3 day validity + 109 a2a minutes free with 30 days validity. After recharge, I got message that RRs. 109 Talktime valid for 21days only and no A2A minutes. It's nothing but totally Cheating a customer. I got screen shot of app and lodged a complaint in customer care. I got acknowledgement that aircel will contact with in 2 days and solve problem. Even I am having recorded talk with customer care which simply says "which app" again and again and further says 21 days only. Even today, Aircel App info says 30 days validity, which is totally misleading and cheating a customer. Like me thousands of customers would have suffered. Aircel tamilnadu generally give customer complaint acknowledgement and after some days says status closed, without any action or hearing a customer It is requested to credit amount deducted from me within 24 hrs.
