Aircel Chennai — No proper process - outgoing barred for nothing without any proper validation | |||
I was out of india from feb 29th till april 24th (Nearly 56 days) but i have paid the bills even though am not used for these days, once back to india on april 25th i started using my aircel number it is working fine till yesterday evening (May 9th 2016) my out going was barred because i was not using this phone for long time. I was wonder how these guys barred my line since i have stared using my number again for 15 days. Week ago i was also conducted customer care and aircel escalation team for another issue. Recently i have my sim (After i returned to india), it was changed by aircel based on my request. When i try to raise request with customer care they ask me to go to store to release but i don't why i should go aircel store. After escalation they agreed to updated to technical team and release my outgoing but no updated fro them. I dont who will help me : ( Was this information helpful? | |||
