Aircel — Collections team unethical behavior | |||||
Hi, I never imagined that Aircel will stoop to such limits for collecting outstanding limit. In spite of paying money via credit card the payment has not reached Aircel. For this reason your collection executives by name Ramya, Valarmathi and their team is calling and using very very abusive language. They are calling me from [protected]. In spite of answering they are calling my wife as well and abusing. Is this how you treat ex-customers? This is very un cultured behaviour and I am lodging a police complaint if this repeats.
