Aircel — Complain about balance deduction on self activated vas | |
I m really frustrated about all the mess aircel carries on with my mobile balance very frequently... at 12:24 am on 28/5/16 my account was credited with rs100... at 7:40 am on account of Non Stop Music Station and Fun TV, rs 60 and rs 15 were deducted respectively... this was really embarrassing since i havent suscribed any of these... when i talked to customer care executives they told me everytime to call back since their server was down... and finally after 2 or 3 attempts i was unable to even contact them .. then i called them with the other aircel no. and he also said the same thing... second time when i called through this no. i firstly asked "IS YOUR SERVER WORKING OR NOT?" without telling them about the case the reply was positive... then i told them about my balance deduction then the executive did something and my call was passed to the computer voice asking to press 1 for this 2 for that and others things... these all things are relly embarrassing... pls do not enforce to file a complaint in court againt aircel Thank you Was this information helpful? | |
