Aircel — Complaint against deducing phone balance | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, today(2 Sept 2015) i received a call offering me dialer tunes for 30 days at the cost of Rs 30 per month. I did not press any number but still the ultimate result was deduction of Rs 30 for that dialer tune and Rs 15 for that again with a message " Dear User, Rs 15 for 90 days has been charged for DT song..." I CALLED 198 AND THAT SERVICE HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MONEY BACK YET... THE SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE TELLING ME TO CALL BACK AFTER 8 HOURS OR TOMORROW MORNING.. IF THERE IS NO* AMONG THE SERVICE PROVIDERS WHEN TO CALL BACK(8 HOURS LATER OR TOMORROW MORNING) HOW CAN I BE ASSURED THAT MY MONEY WILL BE RETURNED?? (THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH ME BEFORE WHEN 45 RUPEES WAS DEDUCTED REGARDING THE SAME ISSUE AND NO ONE RECEIVED MY CALL) MY COMPLAIN NUMBER IS [protected] my email address is [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||
