[Resolved]  Aircel — Complaint against non receipt of 3G data

My Aircel No is: [protected] Hi, I got a new connection 4-5 days back. Since then I am totally frustrated with the kind of service given by you. I got a promo code by snapdeal.com for the ongoing offer of 3G data of 1GB for 3 months each. To avail this offer I got this new connection. I followed the instructions given and sent the SMS on 121 with the promo code on 22/03/2014. I received a confirmation SMS for the same but didn't get the data. I called the customer support team on 121 and they said to wait for 24 hours. Again checking after the said time I didn't find the data balance. I called up at 198 and told them my grievance but got the same response. After that I am not able to contact the customer support team on any of the numbers. May be they have blacklisted my number. I am yet to receive the promised data. This kind of pathetic service is not at all tolerated. Please come to a solution ASAP or I will have to look to some other higher authorities.
